The Work-UP program aims to integrate Arab academics into work in the fields of science and technology.
The program is planned and implemented by the Pioneers Association for Science and Technology in cooperation with the Ministry of Education. Al Rowad is a registered, non-profit Arab association that works to develop scientific capabilities in Arab society and bridge the gaps in science and technology education from early childhood through university, with the aim of building a scientifically, socially, and economically capable society.
Al-Rowwad employs Arab academics in various scientific and technical disciplines, as well as university students and talented individuals who aspire to change the Arab world scientifically and technically and leave their humanitarian and educational mark on society.
Al-Rowad's branches are located in Tamra and Baqa al-Gharbiyya and have provided scientific services to all Arab countries over the years, such as: science and technology days and courses for schools of all levels throughout the country, multi-year science and technology programs, programs to develop science teaching methods for teaching staff in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and local authorities, and other programs.
At Work-UP, we target graduates in science, engineering, mathematics, and technology (STEM) to help them enter the job market.
The services we provide are diverse and numerous, and focus on developing personal and professional skills, providing guidance, and even reaching the stage of finding and applying for vacant positions.

At Work-UP, we support and accompany anyone who wants to work in a job that suits their qualifications and interests in the scientific and technological field, through practical workshops we offer at our centers across the country.
